You can test other product/service ideas without spending much money - try a membership site where you sell access to your backstage content/activities, sell music lessons, songwriting lessons, create different price points. Send those offers to your email list (your funnel) and see what sticks. Spend some time marketing your band or find a cheap virtual assistant from elance.com.
